Serving Suggestions
For Rapid Gains in Size and Strength - mix 3 - 4 scoops (240 - 320 grams) in 500 - 700mls of Milk. Take 1 - 3 serves per day in addition to regular meals for fastest results. One serve should be taken directly after working out.
