Vitamin A is a fat-souble antioxidant required for a large number of biological processes. Vitamin A is found in red meat, eggs and dairy products.

The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 microgram retinol equivalents for women and 900 microgram retinol equivalents for men
